Nice beautiful cave with subterranean river. I will rank its beauty better than the one in Palawan Philippines; however the cave in Gunung Mulu, Malaysia is far fantastic for SE Asia.

Rent a motorbike and drive to Phong Nha Cave, Along East Ho Chi Minh road. The tickets price is 80.000vnd per person and 320.000vnd per boat. Share the boat to another group to reduce boat ticket
Nice park, for low budget can visit the botanical garden, it's a nice place. The caves are also really nice, but more expensive. You can drive in the park with a motobike.
