A fairly small art gallery that hosts touring & special exhibitions downstairs as well as having some of its own collection upstairs. Also has outdoor space. Seems to have a specialism in ceramics.
The gallery is very beautiful after the refurbishment. The ceramic galleries are very interesting. The children's activity is the best among all other York museums. Certainly worth visiting.
