A place that worth your time. The landscapes are unique, the last floor after the escalator has an amazing breeze and the price is fair for workdays—specially if you are a student. A must go.
The ticket is more expensive if you go on weekends (8000 pesos), but even then it's totally worth it. I went early in the afternoon, but I've heard that the sunset view from up there is breathtaking.
This is the tallest building in South America! Students can get 1000 pesos off the entrance price if you have an ID. Come right before sunset to get stunning before and after shots!
