Free English tours Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am. You can also take a private tour for only 7 dollars. One of the best tours I had given by a true intellectual who has a strong grasp of history.

History abound. Great Argentinian figures are buried here, ornate tombs all around. Good for some reflection, since this is a place of grieving turned into touristic spot.

Consider hiring one of the independent guides at the front of the cemetery. They're really knowledgable and will highlight the most culturally significant graves. Don't just walk around aimlessly.

If you see a crowd in a line, it's because you are very close to the Evita Peron's grave. This place is a open museum, with lots of great sculptures (some scary).
